We stayed at this property twice. The first room was excellent, with a good range of guest amenities. For our travel requirements it was well located. The staff were excellent especially the Courtesy Transfer Coach driver George.

Courtyward by Marriot is conveniently located near the JFK airport and offers a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities of home. Snacks and water could be purchased in the lobby and breakfast was included in the morning. The Starbucks coffee from the morning breakfast was definitely a perk. Overall, the experience left me well-rested and ready for my flight in the morning. Highly recommended for travelers.

The staff was amazing!! Every employee that we came in contact was extremely kind-front desk, breakfast, cleaning and maintenance staff. I have never been somewhere that every single employee was that way. They were all extremely kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. We arrived at 6:00 AM after spending the night in the airport due to a cancelled flight. Although check in wasn't until 3:00 PM, they checked to see if a room was available and let us check in early without hesitation.

We liked that they had a restaurant/bar in the lobby and the food was good. The location was perfect for a stopover before catching a flight to Portugal. The staff members were hospitable and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the front desk to the restaurant servers. The room was clean and comfortable. We recommend this to anyone who needs to be close to the airport for a stop in their journey.

Close to JFK. Shuttle service provided is timely - runs every 30 minutes - very convenient. Staffs - all of them - are excellent. Extremely professionalism displayEd. Thank You courtyard team.

The hotel is great, close to the airport. I traveled with my baby and my 20 lbs dog. Parking on-site, and the staff is very helpful. Please, keep in mind that if you travel with your pet, it will be a $100 non-refundable deposit.
